Starbucks Coffee Co.

Public Relations

Frause was approached by Starbucks to provide public relations support in the Pacific Northwest. The team assembled for the account offered a variety of skill sets -- everything from the “caffeine,” or enthusiasm, to “flavor,” a.k.a. creativity. Each person was included with intention, knowing that his or her personal expertise could be tapped at anytime. Because the coffee authority couldn’t have any snags in its transition between PR partners, Frause hit the ground running at about 100 miles per hour. Handling everything from conducting proactive media outreach to managing local projects seamlessly, Frause never slowed down.
