In the fiercely competitive Seattle condo market,
a property needs to separate from the pack. The Schuster Group, developers of Mosler Lofts, came to Frause with this goal in mind. Frause developed a simple advertising campaign that began with a series of small, 2-color ads in the weekend paper asking simply, "How's Your Loft Life?" The teaser campaign built the kind of buzz needed to attract buyers, and over 1,200 potential buyers signed up for the chance to purchase early.
