Frause positioned the south end as a viable alternative to high-priced Seattle and Bellevue markets, and CenterPoint as the region’s best value for Class A commercial office space. This was all accomplished through the implementation of a creative set of branding and marketing tools including brochures, direct mail packages and print advertising.
