Reared in the great state of Idaho, Nichole (or Nic as she’s known around here) adores all things potato—baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, Mr. Potato Head, you name it. A two-year stint in Italy has put Nic on the quest to find the most authentic Italian restaurant in the greater Puget Sound. Besides her international experience, her skills in crisis management, strategic planning and media training make her an asset to her clients in the property development, real estate and retail sectors. Nic loves camping, whitewater rafting, yoga and a good novel. She lives in Bothell with her husband, Jon, and their two Miniature Pinschers, Picco and Bailey.
