Sue Gillespie
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
V-CARD

Helping clients achieve behavior change is one of several professional endeavors that make Sue a seriously happy camper. She is fascinated by the ways people absorb and process information, and loves ferreting out what motivates change. Conducting and interpreting market research is another activity that Sue doesn’t really consider “a job” – in her book, it’s immensely rewarding and just plain fun.

Twenty-some years of helping clients reach ambitious goals have given Sue a deep well of experience from which to draw. She has partnered with business clients on strategic marketing initiatives and research projects, and with many cities, counties, conservation districts and other public agencies on outreach to protect water quality, improve public safety and reduce air pollution. Sue is a veteran community-based social marketing practitioner who brings market research training and skills to the table.

Any description of Sue is incomplete without a mention of dogs. She is devoted to her own three pooches, volunteers with several rescue organizations, and if asked, will rattle off a list of 54 (at last count) dogs in her neighborhood with whom she’s on first-name terms.

“ Convincing people to change their behaviors is really tough, because often you’re dealing with habits that have been established over many years. The level of difficulty makes achieving success just that much sweeter.”
