Erika Schmidt
PRESIDENT / COO
V-CARD

Erika is the conductor of the Frause orchestra. She is a steady leader and a dynamic (and trained) facilitator who gets groups to think, talk and work together in collaboration. As a champion for exceeding expectations, Erika is always challenging the Frause team to deliver their wicked smarts and exceptional service with a refreshing, down-to-earth approach.

Although shy by nature, she is the ultimate relationship master who is always on the move for clients and community. Erika blends a dry sense of humor with a true personal interest in her clients to develop amazingly long-lasting relationships in a few key industry sectors: business, economic development, tourism and built environment.

Beyond work, Erika is dedicated to enjoying every moment of her young family. As the chair of the Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, she invests her time to make other kids lives as great as that of her sons – Nathan and James. When she gets away, she heads to Walla Walla to enjoy wine and soak up the sun.

“ Someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.”
